And, unlike smokers that can overpower the flavor of some foods, Quintessential Outdoor Living Company's Q-Series wood-fired ovens are designed to impart the right amount of smoke, to bring out the best in your dishes. 

Q-Series ovens have two chambers, one for food and one for fire, making it easy to add firewood while cooking, without disrupting your food. Situated above the fire chamber, the cooking chamber's open side design allows the smoke to impart wonderful wood flavors to your food as it cooks.
