QX-B Pizza Oven
The QX-B pizza oven is constructed of high-quality, heavy-duty solid steel, stainless steel, and fire-brick. It has a stainless steel shelf in the cook area chamber, and two more on the exterior. The oven heats to preparation temperatures in about 20 minutes, and special controls are included to regulate temperature. An optional custom steel base with casters is available.16.
